Do you ever feel like everything you want is so hard to get? Do you want to increase your chances of getting what you want? "Get ready to unlock the hidden potential of your mind as we embark on a journey to 'Train Your Brain to Gain." There are so many unknowns of the human anatomy. But one of the most mysterious is the human brain, whether MKUltra government mind control, the Manchuian effect, or (ESP) Extra Sensory Perception. There is no doubt that the brain has unbelievable, untapped powers. Okay, what is this rubbish? What are you thinking? But what would you say about someone who won over 5,000 contests using her brain's ability? Then, let me introduce you to Helen Hadsel. She used the same principles to manifest over 5,000 contest wins. She won every contest she ever entered, so she is the ultimate example of how to "manifest" effectively. Hopefully, I have your attention. I have used one of the sections of the mind manifesting. But I wasn't previously trained. My first successful business had some miraculous occurrences. In my book From Chaos to Calm, Making Your Life Your Own, I have a section dedicated to visualization. I only speak of things that I have hands-on experience with. Many people copy from other's experiences and report them without successfully using them. However, that is different from my style. Of course, like anything else, each person's results will vary. But I can honestly attest to the credibility of these practices because I have experienced results. I am returning to these practices as I write this episode. Think of the mind as a DVD player. And your thoughts as a DVD. And the T.V. or screen is your imagination. Your mind only plays thoughts. Your mind cannot play anything on its own. You can pick up thoughts through the vibrations of creation. Like Einstein or Tesla, and think of things you do not know. But ordinarily, you can only think of things you have been previously exposed to. (This is why we can only sometimes depend on our minds for new ideas.) You will try to use combinations of what you already know—another reason why we should constantly seek out fresh perspectives and different knowledge variations. The brain cannot differentiate the imagined images as real or imagined. Have you noticed that you will still feel stressed or anxious by focusing on something stressful or a situation that is not currently happening? We can make ourselves physically sick through an uncontrolled imagination. And cause hormones to surge into our bloodstream that should only be present in real-world situations. So, as you can tell, we can cause our minds and bodies to malfunction horribly. Schizophrenic people hear voices and can also see things that are not real. Mental and emotional hallucinations can be highly destabilizing to a human being. The only way we can negotiate rationally is to be aware and conscious of each moment. It is impossible to make critical decisions with faulty data. If the amygdala (a section of the brain) is activated, the secretion of cortisol and adrenaline happens. These are secretion signals to the body that stimulate a protective reflex. Consequently, your system is freaking out by a false alarm. You will eventually tear yourself apart mentally, emotionally, and physically. But the other side of this situation is when you control the "DVD." you inserted. You can be calm even though the outside situation is going wild. Calmness under pressure often happens to soldiers once they have been battle-hardened. Now, here is an exciting and remarkable facet of this equation. If you focus on something, it will often materialize in the real world. Have you ever been carrying something or doing something as you think, "I better not drop this" or "I don't dare mess this up." And then you mess it up anyway; this is not a coincidence. "Energy flows to where your focus goes." Visualization is like magic when it comes to achieving goals. And I promise you I speak from experience. Yes, faith and expectation are crucial in manifesting your desires. By having a clear vision of what you want and believing that it is possible to achieve it, you are sending positive energy into the universe. This positive energy attracts more positive energy and helps align the circumstances and opportunities to help you achieve your goals. It's like planting and watering a seed regularly with hope and belief until it grows into a beautiful plant. So, start visualizing your dreams and believe they will come true. It may sound outlandish, but it's true. Here are some tips for your visualization: once you can be somewhere in a relaxed and calm space, take the time to sit comfortably. Close your eyes and imagine you are watching a movie. Start with visualizing something easy that you want. Focus on every detail as if you were inspecting it. Practice this once in the morning as you begin to wake up. And in the night, as you drift off to sleep. These are ideal times because our brain wave patterns are in Alpha. Thomas Edison used the technique of holding metal balls over a metal plate; as he began to go into a level of Alpha wave sleep, he would drop the balls onto the plate. The sound would wake him up. He would get ideas and solve problems in Alpha. Once Edison was awake, he would return to work. If you have genuine belief and expectation, within a few days of effective practice, you can experience things happening that will assist you towards your eventual goal. You will eventually achieve unbelievable results. Years ago, I had been owed several thousand dollars from three clients. I had an emergency that came up, and I was $500.00 short of the money I needed. I had a potential client negotiating with me for about two months. I could see myself doing what I needed to do. I also went into deep prayer. I have a lot of faith and belief in prayers because I have been blessed several times in hopeless situations. On a side note, I wrote a book called "Five Days of Miracles." Based on a fantastic experience that I had. Honestly, I wouldn't blame you if you don't believe me. Because if it hadn't happened to me, I wouldn't believe it either. Suppose you are at a crucial sticking point in your life. What do you have to lose by trying? If you honestly believe and expect it to happen (as long as it's not ridiculous, like sprouting wings and flying to the moon.) You may be pleasantly surprised at the miraculous power you have hiding within. I know I was dumbfounded. Please put this practice to positive use.
