Episode Transcript
Great day to everyone. I hope you are finding fulfillment and contentment in the life you have created for yourself.
And welcome to Episode Twelve. Today, we will ask ourselves what we want and how to get it.
Although this is a simple question, it carries a critical forethought. How can you or I accurately know what we want if we have yet to find out who we are?
And if we don't thoroughly find out if we truly want something, we run the risk of working hard for nothing.
So we will start with Who are we? I mentioned in several previous episodes about a core values evaluation.
The core values evaluation will allow you to realize the primary mindset of who you are. And the attached values have certain tendencies associated with them.
Again, you can gain this through me at www.PhoenixRevelationsLifeCoachingSupport.com or another source.
Secondly, if you have a journal or diary, revisit either and write down reoccurring themes and actions. There are always noticeable patterns.
If you don't have either, go back in your mind and write down your actions during specific occurrences and interactions with others.
Today, I will introduce you to another helpful tool, the Enneagram.
