If you were heading towards the edge of a cliff, with no intention of turning or applying the brakes, would it be paranoid to get nervous, or just good sense? That cliff is in the not-so-distant future. The race to be first and to have maximum control has left us without a steering wheel or brakes. How can a baby control an adult?

We are heading toward inevitable human destruction. No, I am not going all apocalyptic on you. However, one and one make two regardless of how you twist or ignore the obvious. Have any conclusive advances in human technology ever been used for the betterment of humanity as a whole? If you believe the answer to be yes, you may need to revisit history as it affected the masses. The control of tech is in the hands of people who care little or nothing about humanity. When faced with the opportunity for money, power, and control in contrast to the quality of life for all, humanity has never chosen the latter. Maybe this will change, but history shows to the contrary. Despite all the misinformation and outright lies, the use of AI will eradicate 90 percent of all jobs we know. The obvious answer is a universal income. But since greed and monetary gain fuel the drive toward full automation, there will be little or no desire to preserve humanity. Additionally, if we are all on a universal income, who decides who gets what, and how much each group will receive? And what happens to our funds if we don’t act like obedient zombies? Also, if the idea is to gain control, will the products and services we can spend the money on be controlled? We all know the answer is absolutely. Our present choices for healthy food and a peaceful, fulfilling life are increasingly limited, and we still have little control. What would happen if that small level of autonomy were removed from the equation? Contrary to many, there is a universal force that always has the final say. But as we see, it appears to give humanity a wide berth, and may take centuries for “evil” to play out. I do have faith in the eventual full-blown acceptance of peace, love, enlightenment, and empathy. But what will happen in the meantime? Meaningful social change always comes from the youth, and the “feminine” energy is always the backbone. Unfortunately, war and devastation are the main catalysts for authentic change. So, where does that lead us? Who knows? Can we save ourselves? Absolutely, but will we? If the current status quo were the answer, humanity's condition would not be as it is. Everything appears to be in reverse. Civilization is the most uncivilized part of the earth. Because war, genocide, murder, and greed are primal instincts. These primal instincts are not from an advanced and enlightened mindset. In there lies the answers to humanity's woes. No laws, culture, or belief system is the answer. The answer lies within each of us. Each must become a being of love, enlightenment, and understanding. The core value has to be the acceptance that we are all interconnected. If one is made to suffer, we will all suffer in one way or another. Even quantum physics and mechanics tell us the same. Information is everywhere. And as humans, we view, hear, and process information through our own lenses. But our perspective may not always be beneficial to everyone, including ourselves. However, the term “Humanity” supposedly denotes being humane. Maybe you have been programmed to believe only certain classes of people deserve humane treatment. You may have been programmed to believe you don’t deserve to be treated with love and respect. But the “past” is the past. We all live in the present moment. I respectfully ask: would you be happy to accept the situations inflicted on all members of humanity? Can you see room for improvement in your life and others? I am speaking of basic human rights. Respect, clean water, food, and air. And the right to equity and personal freedom to thrive, and not at the expense of others? We are faced with authentic humane change, or complete chaos, and total destruction of life as we know it. I think we can agree that authentic, human-based change is what we all need. Let’s all do our part to mend a broken world; after all, this is our world. Well, my dear friends, until next time. Be good to yourself. Give yourself compassionate, empathetic, and meaningful love. And never do to another what you don’t want done to you. Happy Holidays, Peace and Blessings. How about that?
